We realize there are often many questions that come up throughout the process of placing a print order. As a result, we've polled a number of our clients and salesmen to share with us their more-frequently asked questions and provided the answers below. Does your company charge a setup fee?
Yes. Please contact us to get a free quote for any graphic design work.
Does your pricing include design?
Your initial contract will include the costs for any modifications to existing artwork and/or a new design.
Can I supply a design?
Yes, please call to talk to a customer service representative. They will provide the specifics for dimensions and file preparation. Plus, they will explain how to send your files to us. We can also send blank templates to aid in the process.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Initial designs usually take about 5 business days to complete. With edits to design or content changes, it can sometimes take longer. Upon final approval of your design, we take between 7 and 10 working days to complete your order, plus shipping time.
How much will shipping cost?
We quote shipping charges at the time that we discuss pricing. It is important to note that we always provide the lowest possible shipping price for every order.
Do you provide pre-designed templates?
Yes, we have a selection of pre-designed templates for various dimensions that can be utilized.
We can send samples of previously printed pieces that can aid in giving some additional ideas for your design.
Do you have photographs I can use in my design?
We have a number of stock photographs that our clients are free to choose from. These images can be used in any design that we assemble. These images are exclusively licensed to our company. That means they can only be utilized within the designs we provide and not loaned to your own designer. A book containing thumbnails can be sent via email or regular mail to preview our collection.
Will you mail my printing job to a list of clients?
Yes, we do offer an excellent turnkey mailing solution. The Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM) program is working well for our customers. EDDM gives you an opportunity for a more hands-on approach to your marketing program. Learn more about EDDM.
What paper weight do you print on?
We typically print on 60# or 80# gloss text weight. We also print on a variety of cover weights. Should you have something out of the ordinary, we can provide you with a price quote for any of your custom stock needs.
